DCL Announces New Account Executive

Carson, CA— Direct Container Line (DCL) announced that the company has appointed Douglas Papouschek as the new Account Executive working throughout Baltimore, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Douglas brings to the position ten years of experience in the international transportation industry. He first began working with his father out of their basement as a general sales agent for Pan American and Air Canada in Philadelphia. Later he began working for a local Philadelphia forwarding company in the ocean export department where he gained experience by taking bookings, quoting rates, scheduling of trucks and received a hazardous materials training certificate. Most recently, Douglas worked with a shipper/trading company handling various international import, export and domestic accounts in the dairy market industry.
